THE VALUE OF KNOWLEDGE

We are in the age of knowledge. Your value for knowledge determines your value in life. To operate as ignorant is to become irrelevant in the society. An irrelevant man is automatically a relegated fellow.

There is a disease that kills faster and cannot be diagnosed or cured in any hospital: it is called "foolishness". Acquired knowledge opens your eyes. It helps you see better and brighter. It brings you resources and fulfilment in destiny. "Every prudent man dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open his folly" (Proverbs 13:16). So, if you don't want to be called a fool, then be full of knowledge.

If you lack knowledge, you are already a slave. Ignorance is a slave master; when you lack knowledge, you are not better than a slave. The difference between a young man inside a palatial mansion and an old man that works as his gate-man is as a result of knowledge variation.

Agree with me today, that your level of knowledge determines your level in life and where you are right now is a function of what you know and apply. Lack of knowledge kills (see Ecclesiastes 7:17b). "Why should you die before your time?" Your life is cheap when you are an ignorant person. Our world has no value for ignorant fellow. When the wise and the knowledgeable die, the whole world shakes but when a fool dies, no thought is given to him. Why? He was a problem to the society.

The reason many so called believers go to borrow is knowledge deficiency. Lack of knowledge leads to poverty. When you lack knowledge, you will be poor because poverty is the portion of a fool (see Proverbs 13:18). Friend, before you start blaming the government, the economy, your neighbours and your relatives for your misfortune in life, ask yourself what are your contributions to your generation.

The purpose of knowledge is for improvement and perfection. It is those who think they know that pride themselves down. Those who actually know usually seek to know more. There is what you know and what you ought to know. What you ought to know that you are yet to know is what makes you incomplete (see 1 Corinthians 8:1-2).

Money is the reward for services rendered. You cannot render any genuine service when you have no relevant and marketable knowledge to do so. Stop being the Methuselah of this generation who lived for 969 years without any contribution but added more to the world's problems by just giving birth to children. Forget about your age and go right away to learn. Age can be deceptive. Do all it takes to acquire knowledge that will take you to your next level.

I declare that from now on you shall begin to live a life of meaning. Your time and season shall not be wasted. The top is waiting for you and that is where you belong, in Jesus name. Amen! Stay blessed!
